Order Placement

Standard Orders: 60% advance payment is required to confirm the order.
Customized Orders: 100% advance payment is required at the time of booking. Orders are processed only after the required advance payment is received.

Design & Fabric Confirmation
Customers have 24 hours after payment to confirm the fabric, color, design, and any modifications. After this period, the details will be considered final and cannot be changed.

Order Details

All required specifications must be clearly provided at the time of booking and mentioned on the invoice. Details not specified will follow Poshish’s standard design and specifications. Changes cannot be requested once the order is processed

Bank/transaction charges may apply to refunds.

Customized Orders: Cancellations after the initial 24-hour period are non-refundable.

Cancellation by The Vintage Wood

The Vintage Wood reserves the right to cancel an order when necessary. In such cases, the full advance payment will be refunded within 7 working days.

Non-Collection

Orders not collected within 15 days of the delivery date will be considered canceled.
Standard Orders: 30% cancellation fee applies, along with applicable storage charges.
